Dr. Soo-Min Lee served as the moderator for Forum 3, “Next Innovator,” at the 2026 Spring Conference of the Korean Society for Clothing Industry. Members of the research team also presented their latest work through poster sessions, sharing ideas and research outcomes with fellow researchers.

Dr. Soo-Min Lee delivered an invited lecture on wearable technology and its connections with Korean culture, clothing, and the human body at Tunghai University. Following the lecture, she enjoyed meaningful conversations with Professor Chi-Li Huang and undergraduate students about research, culture, and university life.
Soo-Min Lee delivered an invited lecture titled “Ergonomics-Driven Innovation in Korea’s Wearable Technology Landscape” at Ankara University, Türkiye, on February 10, 2026. The lecture introduced human-centered and ergonomics-driven approaches to wearable technology development in Korea as part of The Eurasian Series: An Intellectual Journey of Asia and the World.
Lab members presented their research through poster sessions at the 2025 Fall Conference of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles. Their work was recognized with the Outstanding Paper Presentation Award for its academic quality and contribution.
Dr. Soo-Min Lee visited AI Expo Tokyo and NexTech Week 2024 to explore emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, robotics, and human-centered systems. The visit also included observations of innovative fashion, textile, and retail environments in Tokyo, providing inspiration for future wearable technology research.
Dr. Soo-Min Lee and her research team participated in the 2024 Fall Conference of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles held at Korea University. The team presented research on user-centered apparel design, including adaptive clothing for individuals with disabilities and functional running jackets.
